seQure’s Ground-Truth Cybersecurity Platform Launches on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

AI and network security

Oracle and seQure, an Entanglement company, have announced that Ground-Truth, a cybersecurity and data observability platform, is now available on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Originally offered as an on-premises solution, Ground-Truth can now be deployed across OCI’s distributed cloud environment—including public, government, sovereign, and dedicated regions—allowing governments and enterprises to scale their threat detection capabilities while meeting complex regulatory and data residency requirements.

The move brings Ground-Truth into Oracle’s broader defense ecosystem, giving customers access to AI-driven cybersecurity services that can operate across corporate networks, IoT environments, and operational technology systems. By leveraging OCI’s global cloud infrastructure, seQure can offer customers greater flexibility, scalability, and geographic control without compromising performance or security standards.

Ground-Truth uses quantum-inspired algorithms, artificial intelligence, and unsupervised machine learning to detect novel threats and reduce false positives. Capable of processing up to 20TB of data per day, the platform delivers sub-second response times and can achieve false positive rates under 10% in traditional enterprise networks and below 3% in more complex environments like SCADA and IoT systems.

This integration also supports API-driven interoperability with existing security stacks, enabling customers to streamline threat detection workflows and reduce operational overhead. As organizations face growing demands to secure increasingly distributed and hybrid systems, the availability of Ground-Truth on OCI provides a path toward more adaptive, autonomous, and accurate security monitoring—at scale.
